night to shine

Ozark First United Methodist Church is proud to be an official host for the 2017 Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow foundation. Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. The event will take place at more than 350 churches around the world simultaneously on February 10, 2017. Billy Gaither Special Needs Class
This class is designed to meet the learning needs of teenagers and adults with intellectual disabilities. It is staffed with teachers and assistants.  A musical guest joins them on most Sundays. The class begins at 8:30 a.m. allowing the student's family an opportunity to attend the 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. worship service. Sunday school is taught from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m.
Franklin's Friends
Franklin's Friends is a special ministry of respite care for families with children who have special needs. This group meets quarterly and provides fun activities for children with special needs and their siblings. For more information, contact the church office at 774-2569.
